On occasion of the Joint Ministerial Meeting of both marine protection conventions for North east Atlantic, OSPAR, and Baltic Sea, HELCOM, we have decided to offer you a special service: You can download here the English version for free (787 KB).
But: You should know that our publisher, the marine environmental organization "Action Conference North sea", only can keep our magazine surviving by selling the printed version (plus regular grants).
